- Boots Altai
With the Altai from Nidecker, you’re getting closer to the brand’s high-end boots, while staying on a very comfortable and enjoyable model to ride with. The design and construction of this boot allow it to be efficient while offering very good riding comfort and durability.
What is the program of the Nidecker Altai snowboard boot?
This snowboard boot has been designed for freeride. With it, you can venture anywhere in the backcountry, trace beautiful lines in powder and slalom between snow-covered trees. With the Altai, riding comfort is a sure thing and the sensations are always there. Its intermediate flex provides responsiveness and precision, without being too stiff either. Easy to handle, you will have a blast in pow where you will be able to link turns as you wish and surf above the snow cover. On the practical side of things, Nidecker features a BOA quick lacing system on this boot, allowing to quickly tension it without the need to tie laces. When it comes to the construction, the Altai features a Silver-Level liner with thermomoulding foam, as well as a Vibram rubber outsole, which offers good grip when hiking.
Who is the Nidecker Altai snowboard boot for?
While it is versatile and can be used for freestyle or on the slopes, we recommend the Altai to riders with a good skill level and who want to dedicate their riding style to freeride. Both comfortable and efficient, you will feel the call of the mountains as soon as you slide your feet inside.
