Why use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In?

To maintain the waterproof-breathable qualities of your clothing and extend its life, it is important to use a waterproofing product.

How do I use Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In?

The reduced performance of your technical garment may be linked to its state of dirtiness. It is therefore important to first wash it in the washing machine, using a product such as Nikwax Tech Wash. If the waterproofing of your garment is not restored, you should use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In, which is also designed to be used in the washing machine (100ml per garment).

Machine use:

• remove any detergent residue from the detergent compartment of your machine.
• Load the clean garment(s) into the machine (maximum 2 garments).
• Use 100ml of product per garment.
• Choose a 30° synthetic cycle with slow spin.

Use by hand:

• Immerse 1 garment in a 6 liter basin of warm water.
• Pour 50 ml of product.
• Stir, leave to act for 5-10 minutes, and stir again.
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
