Description

The NSP Protech Longboard surfboard is a new addition to the NSP stable. The Protech Longboard would make the perfect addition to any surfers quiver and is the ideal shape and style for the improving longboarder to accelerate their surfing skills.
The package consists of the board, a 5mm padded boardbag for everyday use, a good quality leash of suitable size and durability with double corrosion proof swivels and a bar of wax. Definitely one of the best in versatile longboard performance, using the very latest technically advanced construction processes and all at a very reasonable price. The Protech longboard is a tried and tested, proven classic for carving turns, high-line trim and drop knee cutbacks.
This new refined shape has sharper rails in the tail, a modern performance rocker combined with mellow Vee bottom for rail to rail ease blended with a subtle double concave. These improvements have resulted in a very versatile longboard which is easy to trim and surfs brilliantly off the tail under the right feet. The Protch Longboard comes with an 8? single fin and 2 x M3 Side Fins; ride it as a single fin or 2 + 1 for a little more control and dive in larger waves.
We love the lightweight EPS Epoxy construction and especially like the lively feel of this tech. The Protech boards feel more like a PU Fibreglass surfboard and a bit less stiff and corky than the NSP Elements range.
This combination of amazing value, lightweight durability and real performance makes the Protech Longboard one of our favourites in the tried and tested NSP range.
These NSP surfboards are constructed with an EPS Secure Cell core, 2 x 6oz layers of Fibreglass on the deck and a 6+4oz layer on the bottom + a carbon tail patch which gives a flex point boosting you out of your turns. Lightweight and durable, ideal for the improving surfer and offering great value for the good surfer on a budget.
