7 hole micro footstrap insert with 27mm deep x 5mm wide holes.  Hole will take a M7 Starboard 32mm footstrap screw, but just double check with footstrap insert that the screw doesn’t bottom out

Because of the width of the insert it needs to go Royal Mail small parcel.  The website works on weight to calculate shipping so if you go over 1.5 kilos it will bump you up into the next weight shipping band.
