The Channel Islands Free Scrubber, designed by Tom Curren and inspired by classic simplicity, offers modern twists and versatility. Tested in Mexican point breaks and showcased in the “Free Scrubber” surf film, it delivers speed, fluency, and a twin fin feel without compromising performance. Collaborating with Britt Merrick, Tom aimed to recreate the twin fins made by Britt’s father, Al Merrick, four decades ago. From point breaks to beach breaks, reefs, and wave pools, this board thrives in various wave types, making it an ideal travel companion.
