Description

The Channel Islands Fred Rubble surfboard by Al Merrick in PU construction.
The Rubble has a lower entry rocker and a wider outline than a conventional shortboard so giving more paddle power and wave catching ability. The board also features a single to double concave and the wide point is forward to skate over flat sections but with more tail kick than a Flyer so it stays tight when turning hard in the pocket. The Fred Rubble surfboard is the perfect board to fill the gap between your pure high performance shortboard and something like a Dumpster Diver. We sell a lot of these boards to surfers travelling to Indo who want to surf waves up to well overhead but also want a board that will function on decent days at home in the UK or farther afield. Probably the best all round shortboard out there right now.
