ATREQ Original Aerobic Step

TheATREQ Original Adjustable Aerobic Stepis a great cardiovascular training tool, ideal for toning your legs and lower body. The step has non slip pads on the feet and the base, allowing the step to be used safely on a great range of different floor surfaces, we advise putting it on anexercise mat when using on a wooden or smooth surface.

The set includes 4 feet risers and 1 base which are very easy to adjust. The height of the step is 20cm with the 2 feet risers on each end, taking a riser off each side will decrease the height by 5cm. Extra feet risers can also be purchased separately for more plyometric basedexercise.
